Planning Commission OK's Newtown Brewery

Newtown Township Board of Supervisors Meeting, August 22, 2018

Alan Fidler, Chairman of the Newtown Planning Commission, presented a Zoning Hearing Board relief request for a brewery at 103 Penns Trail in the Newtown Business Commons. The Newtown Brewing Company proposes a taproom/tavern area, which will be open to the public with seating available for 70 patrons. Mr. Fidler reported that the Planning Commission made a recommendation that the Supervisors "not necessarily oppose this application."
