Technology for Better Communications

It is the mission of the Technology and Communications Committee*, in cooperation with the Board of Supervisors and the Township Manager, to improve communications between the Township and its residents, maximize customer service, and increase productivity through the use of technology.

There was an “unofficial” Zoom meeting of the Technology & Communications Committee (T&C Committee) on Monday, April 26, 2021. A quorum of Committee members was not present but there was an informative discussion.

The discussion focused mainly on how to improve the usability of the website, use of social media and the possibility of performing routine analytics to identify problem areas. Members of the Planning Commission (PC), Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) and the Human Relations Commission (NTHRC) attended to have an informal discussion of their communication needs.
