Report on February 2018 Tech Committee Meeting

Newtown Township Board of Supervisors Meeting, February 28, 2018

John Mack reports on the February 27, 2018, Newtown Township Technology Committee meeting held the day before without a quorum being present. Mr. Mack suggested that these meetings NOT be cancelled before the fact unless there is some mitigating circumstance such as a blizzard, hurricane, or God forbid, the collapse of the Township building! If there is not a quorum at the regularly scheduled meeting, then that meeting can be cancelled at that time at the discretion of the Chairperson. Mr. Mack later made other suggestions for improving the odds of getting a quorum including adding 2 new members to the committee.
