This video, which as taken on August 23, 2023, shows a broken connection of a section of the guardrail on Lower Dolington Road just north of Stanford Place. The guardrail attenuator opposite the Friends Village entrance was not bolted to the post and is loose illustrated in the video.

The stop sign at Yorkshire Drive on the west side of Lower Dolington Road (LDR) was sawed off! A gruesome piece of the pole was still sticking up from the ground and the rest of the pole lay within the Woods of Saxony shrubbery nearby (see photo). The sign itself was nowhere to be found! WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS HORRIBLE MASSACRE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY?

At the 18 September 2023 BOS meeting, I "refused ro recuse" myself from the zoning validity challenge hearing brought by KRE Upper Macungie Associates LP, which was seeking to build a multistory, 245-unit apartment building on Lower Silver Lake Road.

On May 18, 2023, workers were seen on Lower Dolington Road installing underground rain water drain pipes and basins as part of the rainwater management system associated with the trail. This work was halted back in March 2022 due to underground cables that had to be relocated.

In August, 2023, work on the Lower Dolington Road (LDR) Multi-use Trail was completed except for minor "punch list" items. The repaving of LDR began on August 14, 2023.

At the June 14, 2023, #NewtownPA BOS meeting, supervisors approved a resolution to apply for an Automated Red Light Enforcement (ARLE) grant for the construction of pedestrian-activated overhead Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) at the Newtown-Yardley Rd/Tara Blvd crosswalk and N Sycamore St/Silo Dr intersection.
